Thorncrown Chapel: Opened in the summer of 1980, nestled in a woodland setting, Thorncrown Chapel rises forty-eight feet into the Ozark sky. The wooden structure contains 425 windows and over 6,000 square feet of glass. It sits atop over 100 tons of native stone and colored flagstone. Since it's opening over five million people have visited the chapel. The American Institute of Architecture has named the chapel fourth on its list of the top buildings of the twentieth century. Critics have called it "one of the finest religious spaces of modern times."

Christ of the Ozarks Statue: One of the most visited attractions in the Ozarks, the statue is on the grounds of The Great Passion Play complex. Every inch of the seven story statue was built by hand. No poured segments were used in the construction. It is 24 layers of white mortar on a steel frame and weighs over two million pounds. The foundation, which is virtually welded into the rock of the mountain, required 340 tons of concrete interlaced with steel. The hands from wrist to fingertip measure approximately 7 feet. The statue's arm spread from fingertip to fingertip is is 65 feet.
